We are looking to add a part-time creative and organized team member to our Operations department to manage our video editing workflow. This position will be responsible for uploading, downloading, backing up and organized all files captured by our team on a wedding day. This position will also work closely with our video editors to quality control all videos before they are delivered to the couple and provide detailed revisions if necessary.

The Video Operations Manager will also work closely with our Marketing team to help create sneak peek videos that are posting online and on social media. For a detailed description of this position, please review the duties and requirements below.

  • Edit and create 45–60 second sneak peeks
  • Organize and back up files to hard drives
  • Mail hard drives to team members
  • Upload files to Google Drive
  • Search and choose songs to incorporate in films
  • Submit files and wedding notes to editing team
  • Quality control all edits from the editing team, specifically highlight films, full ceremony edits, and edits of major moments captured on the wedding day (speeches, first looks, first dances, etc.)
  • Create vertically formatted content for social media using templates project files

DUTIES

  • Contract labor only. Must be an incorporated business or LLC.
  • Experience editing wedding films is encouraged
  • Must have experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Must have an internet connection speed of 100mbps or higher
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Must be willing to watch training videos and use pre-made templates to create films
  • Must be willing to work from home and meet 1-2 times per month with administrators in Greensboro, NC
  • Must be willing to dedicate 90 hours per month (depending on the season)
