From the moment we speak with you, we listen and learn more about your wedding day. We have been filming weddings for over 5 years now and have a very good understanding of what needs to be done to create the best film for your wedding. That’s why we help advise you into choosing the package that best suits the vision for your wedding day.

If you decide to move forward with us, we will send over a contract to be reviewed and signed. We require a 30% deposit upon signing the contract and offer flexible payment plans to best suit your financial situation. Once you book with us, we will send you some goodies and start the process of planning your wedding!

Before your wedding, we will send you a detailed wedding questionnaire so we can prepare our timeline for your wedding day, as well as learn about the details that mean the most to you to ensure they are captured.

When we arrive at the venue, we will greet you and your spouse with smiles and congratulations and begin filming you both getting ready. We'll capture all the special moments that occur from first looks to gifts before heading into your ceremony. We'll get all the lovey-dovey candid shots, reception toasts and first dances. Rest assured, we'll be there for the big and small moments!

We create a 24-72 hour wedding trailer after your wedding (depending on package) so that you can get a sneak peek of your video and instantly flashback to the best day of your life. You can expect your final wedding package with your highlight film, full ceremony (package depending), and all of the special moments (ex: First Look, First Dances, Cake Cutting, etc.) 6-8 weeks after your wedding day.

Once your package is delivered, it doesn’t stop there! When you book us, we see you as family - and we value family very much. We stay in touch and often run giveaways and give freebies to our previous couples. We also run specials on gifts like additional USBs or Heirloom video albums, which make perfect anniversary or holiday gifts for your spouse or your loved ones.

There may be things that you haven’t thought of that we can help you incorporate into your wedding day vision, like a first look with your spouse, or a fake grand exit so you don’t have to worry about your wedding ending early.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Generally, our wedding highlight films range from 5-7 minutes in length. We say that because it's really hard to craft a 7 minute film if it things scheduled on your timeline do not happen OR it rains the entire day and everything is shuffled around and indoors. Obviously it's not going to rain on your wedding day, so you don't have to worry about that!
One of our favorite binge worthy shows on Netflix is How I Met Your Mother! One day we decided how cool it would be for our couples to get the opportunity to share their love story on camera! We like for our couples to choose a location that means something special to them and we will combine a series of interview style questions along with special candid moments into your very own version of How I Met Your Mother. Many couples have played their story during their rehearsal dinner and reception!
We used to create our packages around the amount of time that we would be at a wedding or how long your highlight film would be but in the over five years of experience we have learned that now more than ever, every single wedding is different so our plan to really work closely with you, your coordinator and photographer to customize your wedding day coverage and based on your wedding day we will work with you to figure out what time is best for us to arrive and what time we should leave all while making sure we have all of the footage we need to craft a wedding film for you that will last you a lifetime.
We love being both interactive and discrete throughout the wedding day. There will be moments when you won’t even know that we are there. (The ceremony, during dances and toasts, etc.) We work closely with your photographer, as well as other vendors, on the day of your wedding to ensure that we are all on the same page and are all able to accomplish what we have been hired to do.
Once we have answered any questions you may have and you have decided which wedding experience is exactly what you’re looking for on your wedding day, the next step is a booking proposal. We will create an online proposal that will walk you through the package and when you’re ready you can save your date by signing your contract and paying your deposit online.
We often get asked about music for your video and can you have the most popular ed sheeran song as the background of your highlight film. UNFORTUNATELY, due to copyright reasons, we cannot use LICENSED music for your film, however, we are subscribed to several royalty free music platforms that allow us to download beautiful, CINEMATIC, instrumental songs for your film. Nine times out of ten the couple trust us to choose the song that we feel best fits their special day, but if you are one who would like to have a say then we can definitely make that happen!
We like to aim to have your package delivered to you anywhere between six to eight weeks after your wedding date! Obviously during the busy seasons and holidays can delay that but we communicate with you every step of the way.
We do require a 33% deposit to officially secure your date. After that we offer payment plans so whatever works for you works for us as long as everything is paid in full within six weeks after your wedding date. Most couples pay the 33% upfront, another 33% on or by the wedding date and the final 33% within six weeks after the wedding.
